the need to prepare:
1. pc / laptop
2.data cable of blackberry

5. os that will be upgraded (according to the type of blackberry) is os storm 2 9550
The first step:
1. backup data of bbm contacts using desktop manager bb bb and all the settings that will be upgraded
2.backup third-party applications using BBSAK
3.then install os that will be upgraded on the pc / laptop
4.so wipe your blackberry device using BBSAK, picking up a white screen and it says error
5. then load os with BBSAK / if it does not appear in the BBSAK os that will be loaded, close BBSAK then enter dir c / program files / commonfiles / research in motion / apploader / loader.exe
click 2x then you will be guided by the wizard .. follow the wizard until finished then completed.If
6. restore third-party applications that have been backed up with BBSAK earlier.
7.restore backup bbm contacts with bb desktopmanager
8.viola .... bb you've been upgraded ..
